On a crisp Brooklyn morning, I had the honor of witnessing Caroline and Nick’s intimate elopement. With just the three of us there, they exchanged vows at the Brooklyn Marriage Bureau—simple, heartfelt, and entirely about their love.
Afterward, we stepped outside, and they soaked in the moment as newlyweds. We wandered through the quiet, tree-lined streets of Cobble Hill, stopping for photos against brownstones and the neighborhood spots they love. It felt less like a photoshoot and more like capturing two people completely at ease with each other, laughing, holding hands, and letting the day unfold naturally.
We ended at June Wine Bar, where they toasted with champagne, cozied up in a place they’ve spent many nights together. It was the perfect, intimate ending to a day that felt so effortlessly them.
Caroline and Nick’s elopement was a reminder that a wedding doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful—sometimes, all you need is love, a city you adore, and a quiet corner to celebrate forever. And lucky me, my commute home was just a 5 minute walk!
