I first met Jules in 2017 at the Thinking Cup, a cute little coffee shop in Boston. I was a sophomore in college and she still had a 9 to 5. Over the last five years, I’ve watched her grow her photography business, Scarlet Roots, into everything she wished it to be. It’s so surreal seeing your friends make their dreams a reality.
When Jules reached out to do a branding session for her, it was a no brainer. Jules is one of the giggliest, friendliest people I’ve ever met, but she is also a pensive and thoughtful thinker. One of her main requests was making sure we captured all of the different sides to her. We shot in her beautifully boho-decorated home in Swampscott, MA and then headed to the beach. I’m so honored Jules trusted me to capture these branding photos–check out her gorgeous work here.
