Molly and Clint celebrated their wedding on an idyllic Autumn day in October. Nestled in the quaint town of Hunter, NY, Stoney Clove, was the perfect place for their people to gather. The two are both artists, and their creativity seeped into every facet of the wedding–the details rooted in intentionality, each moment rich in love.
The ceremony was filled with laughter and tears, as Molly and Clint shared handwritten vows that traced their relationship from start to end. Early winter days exploring Chinatown, slowly blending their lives together, and now sharing an adorable apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. During cocktail hour, a bluegrass band played covers of Taylor Swift as everyone sang along, enjoying delicious hors d’oeuvres served on an eclectic collection of vintage plates. Clint’s dad fixed up a 1972 Ford F100 as a surprise wedding present, so naturally we took her for a spin and documented Molly and Clint with their new baby.
There were emotional speeches and words of love for the bride and groom accompanied by natural wine hand-picked by Molly’s best friend. Once the dancing started, it was just one wild party. The Shag Horns, a local Brooklyn brass band, left it all out on the dance floor, playing in the crowd as everyone screamed along. I was nostalgic for Molly and Clint’s day before it even ended and drove home with a fuzzy feeling in my heart.
